I follow Gerhard “the winner” on his Chanel. Interesting guy with a lot of experience with center fires. The speed shooters are amazingly fast. Both finalist are teenagers.I'm in. Walked out to my truck about 1pm to go to the range. 113-degrees on my truck temp gauge.
I loaded my air rifle gear and drove 8 minutes to the indoor range. Comfy 72-degrees inside. Shot about a dozen 5-shot groups, drove over to Jersey Mikes and got a sub. Drove home. It was a balmy 102-degrees in my driveway. Took me two minutes to unload everything, and worked up a light sweat. Snivel...

PS: on a positive note, with primers over $100 per thousand, I am really beginning to like the air rifles. Want some fun? Go to RMAC 2023.com and read how airgunners competed for over $100,000 in PRIZE MONEY! All the $$$ I used to spend driving a day or two, paying entry fees, and getting a trophy. First Place at RMAC got a check for $20,000. Winner was shooting a $2,000 factory rifle that was tuned up. Just like the one I bought for that price. Oh, yeah; he shot H&N slugs that retail for $16 per tin of 200.
Want some cheese to go with that whine...?
