Was the tie-breaker based on the score finish?

Highest finishing position in score or group. Jeff finished 1st and 4th and Wayne finished 2nd and 3rd, therefor Jeff was the winner due to his group win.

Thank you Mid Carolina Gun club for allowing it to happen, also to all the sponsors for all you do for the shooters and the matches all year, every year! For those of you that decided not to come, you missed the best match of the year, now you have to think about that till next year....!
