Cold must be good for the cell towers. I'm getting an extra 50mbs I never see
on my T-Mobile gateway.

Garage shop down to 38 degrees just using the floor heat. I have the Reznor
set for 55, and manually kicked it on. Dumb me but, opening the man door
almost had the skin on my hand stick to the door knob. Yeah it's chilly !!

Josh.....I ran to the post office today then stopped at the store and picked
myself up some Bing cherry ice cream. Just another normal day for us folks
up here in Erie County Pa.......We are currently at 0 degrees and should be
about minus 10 overnight.

Yup. They’re raising a bunch of pansies these days. Let me tell you about my latest discovery. A friend of ours sent us a gift for Christmas. It’s a cinnamon Babka loaf from Green’s Bakery in Brooklyn. It’s a slice of Heaven! I ordered another one and it’s in the warming oven as I speak.

It’s 15 degrees here at my mom’s house. Perfect timing for the water main at the road to break yesterday. One foot of water in her basement, I’ve got two pumps pumping plus the sump pump. The county has been digging the road and her yard up all morning. Good times!

Yup,. I went Target shooting, a couple of Days ago ( covered up, in Fleece and Wool ) T'was, No big deal and I was able to get some 1/2 moa group's, outta my new Tikka.
Temp's going Up into, the 40's Next week, Here, in S. Idaho,.. YIPPEE ! ( More Shooting / Testing Ammo, to come ! )
This is the Time of Year when I enjoy, my second Hobby,.. Re-Loading Ammo, in the warmth of, my House !

This is the first decent weekend we had since last November. December was horrible consecutive weekends of 80-90 mph wind gust. The 1st couple weeks of January -temps well into the -20’s and we are in South central we normally have decent winters. At least I wasn’t in sqauebanks where it was -50 that’s without wind, over in Tok it was -60.

Currently 13 here in central PA, upcoming week highs in the teens, lows single digits. I’m on call for work (commercial/industrial hvac). It is going to be insane.
I did bring in plenty of wood so I wouldn’t have to drag it through snow.

Just another winter day in northern ND. Not a big deal.

When the blizzard of 69 hit NH on opening day od deer season, I was on the north side of a mountain, hunting, wind got up to 50 and the snow was coming down so hard you could not tell if you were going up or going down for the mountain and the valleys. I knew there was a bowl top on the mountain with a swamp on top of that mountain. About that time I heard the first close rifle shot and felt the earth trimble, I had read the short story about the widow makers in the NE Woods and how scary they were. When the tree tops start coming out of the big spruce trees. In a blizzard you are blind. I knew the swamp did not have big trees inside it, so that is where I headed by dead reckoning. I got to the edge of the water and headed right out into the waist deep water. Live or die, cold or not. By the time that day was over and I had found my car, I had had enough. I moved back to FL shortly thereafter. I got to see 100 inches of snow in 24 hours and never wanted to see it again.

Ok I won't complain about 16 degrees at my house this morning. You'all stay warm and safe. I've experienced those temps and they can be dangerous.

Coldest temp of the year for us down here. It may have been 17 this am. I saw 18 at 730. Have gotten maybe .1" of snow
