Who's Going to the CA State Long-range Championship?

Well first of all let me thank Bob and Jim for running an excellent match. One of the best matches I have ever been a participant. Also want to say I am positive the ARIZONA contigent will be even larger next year. Also would like to thank Scott Harris for the shout out. Cannot wait until next year.

Congratulations to David, Niklas and Bob. The weather was great; mid 70s, light to nil wind (I'm told) and the larger-than-last-year turnout made for a real Championship.
Nik is a deserving F-TR Bear winner! He's at nearly every Club match (about 300 miles round trip), wears out .308 barrels like an Open shooter, shoots thru wind like it's not there and is one of the nicest guy you'll ever you'll meet. (I'll blame his X-fire on that 80x March scope )
Selfishly, I'm glad he shelved that .260AI he was working on and is still in TR!
Kudos to Bryan with 1st in the Master Open ranks (watch this guy, he won the first F-Class Match he entered just 2+yrs ago, is Solid behind the gun and missed earning HighMaster at February's BSWN by ONE point)
And how about Mr. Pete White? shooting a Clean-22X on day two when the pressure was on!
And a big nod to Sean (Mattt) who drove down from NorCal to compete despite having broken ribs on his prone-side eight days ago. He posted a DNF today but shot as much as he could given the circumstances.
Gary, Bud, Ron and Andrew also are SacValley Shooters and great guys to shoot with. They've taught me much.

The Match was great!!!! lots of great shooters, lots of nice people, beautiful range, best pits I have been in, and great weather. Well worth the drive. Madison and I had a great time! And congrats to Christine on her pending record, ( I get beat by girls all the time these days!)
