Which 6? GT, XC, XC II, Creed, C47???

I got into the 6x47 Lapua way back when it was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread. It’s interesting how things have evolved with the 6mm cartridges and what is considered the best thing out there now. To me the 6x47L was about as easy as could be to a fairly novice hand loader.

6XC. Tubb nailed it with the original. 90g-115g projectiles all shoot well in a 1:8 barrel. Varnmint, Hunt medium game, target shoot, F-Class, Sling King. Its a great round. Must reload though or buy from Tubb. Brass is priced affordably from Tubb and from Norma.
