Well the black friday adds have already started and i have a urge for a cheap, throw in the back of the jeep quality complete lower receiver to go on a spare upper receiver that's been in the way as it is now.
So the question is, where do you think you would find a complete lower to put on something that won't make you cry when it falls out of your rig and lands on the rocks or in the mud. The price range is $100 or less.
The first one that comes to mind for me is psa armory who has them now for $129 sometimes shipped. Who's your go to place ?

You can't get it shipped directly to you. Palmetto will send it to a local FFL of your choice and they will charge a small fee to do the background check and paperwork. The lower receiver is the only part that has the serial number.

primary arms sells anderson closed trigger lowers for 29.99 about once a month. i paid ~65 for mine after taxes at a local shop a few years back and it has worked beautifully for me. fits my dpms varmint upper tightly.

edit: they're black anodized 7075 t6 small hole aluminum receivers. normally go for 45-50.

Check craigslist. I've been offered lowers for free if I pay fees from people who wanted to get them registered out of their name. Maybe that's just a CA thing.

Not sure where you live but check your local guys. Two weeks ago I purchased 3 stripped lower Andersons still in the wraapper not blems for 41.70 ea out the door from one of the dealers in town. One of the other dealers had the LPK's I always use for $40.00 out the door. No transportation or FFL fees on top of those prices. Should be some good Black Friday sales on the nick nack parts in a few days.

PSA is good. But it has been my experience that I can build one cheaper than buying one, plus I can choose my stock and trigger rather than having to swap it out later. I used two of these lowers and they seem solid to me - $39.99:
