Shout out to Geissele

Started a varmint AR build for inside 175yds from PSA. Received a complete lower from PSA with a Giessele ssa-e trigger that had a lot of creep on second stage. Charlie from Geissele requested some pics through email and decided it needed replaced. I guess they could have required me to go through PSA but in stead, they shipped a complete trigger with a couple little goodies (velcro patch and looks like a luggage tag) and a return envelope with ups sticker. Can't ask for better service than that. Mistakes happen. I am in manufacturing so I understand that it happens. Customer service makes the difference. Thanks geissele.

I have a half dozen or so Geissele triggers. My first was a SSA-E that also had some creep on the 2nd stage. Not bad, but I'm spoiled. I called and they asked me to send it in. A week later I got it back with a hand written note on yellow note pad paper on what they tweaked. I have well over 1000 rounds on it now and as much as I like the Match Trigger, I think the SSA-E is probably my favorite.

With service like that, even my SBR got a Geissele.

They make very nice triggers. On my farm rifle I have a SD-3G. Once I got used to it while not the best trigger I have ever used but it is a great trigger.

I've got one of their early serial number match triggers that is still as crisp and consistent today as the day I installed it. A top quality company producing a top quality product.

A hand written note? Now that's something that's been lost in today's electronic world. It's more personal and carrys weight with it.
