As for the Lapua shortage, many (most) of the countries that were once part of the Soviet Bloc still have warehouses full of that Soviet military equipment, including AKs that feed 7.62 x 39. Lapua may manufacture more then small arms ammunition, I don't know. I think they're all (ex Soviet Bloc countries) stocking up, not just on 7.62, but anything they might have arms for. Didn't I read this morning that Norway bought back an ammo plant and are planning on making it active again , even though they're not an EU member? Norway is one of the founding members of NATO. (remember, when the Soviet Union collapsed they even left nukes behind in those previously 'occupied' countries)Key word Joe Dumb. I made no mention of the clown in office.
