Lapua 6.5x284 brass

I have a question concerning Lapua brass, My brass is flowing into the ejector hole of my Remington bolt with only 48k psi. I tried some Winchester .284 brass and took the pressure to 58.8k without any marks at all on the brass. I can tell that the Winchester seems to be quite a bit hard when using the primer pocket uniformer. Is this normal for Winchester to handle pressure better than Lapua. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
