Good afternoon everyone I’m working to get a V3 trickler back up and running. I had to buy some new O-rings for the trickler part and when I got it running today after a few rotations, the trickler would let out a squeal which I determined to be the aluminum tube riding against the brass inserts . It would squeal and then throw powder kernels out the end of the tube like popcorn, so I took it all down and inspected everything and put a little bit of barrel grease on both ends of the inserts taken care to make sure there was no grease inside the powder hopper Ran it again. Solved the noise. Is this a normal issue that everybody’s having? Is there something safer than putting in Grease on those contact points thanks for the help Scott.
