Things I hate and love about AR15 platform

Things I love about AR’s. With all the 80% lowers out there, there are more guns out there than any anti gunner could ever count. And they got a lot of first time buyers into gun ownership.

Con. All the the idiots at the range shooting an AR with a bi pod off a bench trying to hit a paper plate at 25 yards that refer to themselves as a Benchrest target shooter…

I shot yesterday with one of my Church members that I'm friends with. We were shooting. 22rf at 50 yards. I was shooting my CZ457 Varmint and he had a S&W MP .22rf AR with a 3-9 on it. It sure did shoot pretty good for what it is. He was running bulk Federal in it, never skipped a beat.

Yep benchrest AR's, don't get me wrong some AR's are plenty accurate but in my opinion they're a great general purpose rifle that shoot well.

My AR's are damn accurate out to 150 yards with 223 ammo .Anything inside that is in the kill zone. It's far and away, IMO, the best self defense gun on the market for those willing to train with it and learn it's strengths and weakness.
