Springfield xdm 40

Hi everybody, i'm new here and looking for some of your great gun knowledge. What are your thoughts on the xdm 40? i'm thinking of the 4.5".

They are a great handgun. The way they fit my hand is good. They function very well also. Do you have access to a range where you can try out various guns? To myself, it is important to find one that's comfortable to you.

Thanks Ringo, yes I was going to try and find one to fire a few rounds thru. I have a feeling it will fit nice since they come with interchangeable back straps.
