Tested some more. Very windy, gusty. I did catch a lull a couple times. The orange dots are Midas the pink dots are Norma tac 22.

There's a guy who posts videos on a site called "Day at the Range". He did a video comparing black box to red box and found black box to be more consistent and slightly more accurate.

The lot of black box I had didn't shoot better than my lot of red box at the time I tested them.
Since then I have bought 2500 rounds of 3 different red box lots for plinking and warming my barrel at ARA
Matches.
