I would post a picture of what I use, you have seen it, so you know why I wouldn’t.

Suffice to say, it is exactly 180 degrees opposite of this work of art. Heck, it’s 180 degrees opposite of just about everything.

I'm not sure of your experience with RCBS RC supreme BUT I can say that I am getting <.001 runout on 95% of my rounds with it (and the Wilson seater die) and the other 5% are less than .0015, hope yours is the same.

We’ve discussed it here many times. Actually everytime somebody mentions a precision press. Let your dies do the work with no influence from the press. Think a press thats ran so many rounds thru it that you can see the ram rattling when you shake it. What most folks call 5 million rounds too many is what we call a good start on press fit

Just when I thought I had it figured out. Lose is good. Tight is good. Real lose is better.

Well heck, here is a picture of my PPC range setup.
I have been using these same three presses for well over 20 years.
The dies, which are modified a Redding’s, do all the work.
I have similar setups for my 30BR, 6BR, and 7MM Geramo. I never take a die out of it’s dedicated press.

Oh my Jackie did Bart and Billy use those presses and dies in desert storm? There was equipment on the hwy of death leading out of Kuwait that looked like it was in better shape than those. I am so going to quite worrying about my stuff now.

I have an old Hood press similar ( very compact) to this type press. The one thing I did notice was it was pretty hard to FL resize 6 Dasher brass, as compared to other presses I use. How is Matts press for resizing 6 Dasher brass? DJB

I do 6BRA and 6PPC. One is about as easy as the other, so dasher should be no problem.
