Christmas came a little early for me this year. This is my 6BR that I had done to try out f class in 2016 and shoot groundhogs and paper. This was actually supposed to be a budget build but that didnt really happen. I will have to get an oversized knob for this because the throw is off for what I like. This weekend should be able to show some results.

Picked up a new to me palma rifle and will be shooting it this year. It is a Quadlock action with 30" 1:13 twist Obermeyer barrel, RPA trigger, and a Cloward style stock.

Not you're typical rifle for this sight but thanks to a few members here I was able to pull this off
A Remington 700 in 243, criterion 24" LV 9 twist, .250 recoil lug, pillar and epoxy bedded in a BDL varmint special stock timmney 510. Except for removing and installing the barrel I did all the work myself.
Took it to the range today to break in the barrel. The plan is to shoot 87gn Vmax's with H4831sc

I have about 30 pieces of brass made up paused during break in shot a 5shot group at 300yards with a go to load of varget shot .700 for 5shots I think it is going to be good can't wait till our matches start it is going to be fun for sure tracks like a dream.

Just finished this one New Year's Day. It's a 6x47Lapua. Shot it yesterday in the heavy winds to fireform some brass and at 318yards I did not have any over MOA. For now using AR-Comp powder and 90g Bergers and CCI450s

The other is a 6.5X47:
Tigar Industries lowboy style stock made from lacewood that I glued up
Barker Machine Works action (Lawton knock-off)
Bartlein heavy palma 30"
Jewell BR trigger






Just started load work with the 140 hybrids and H4350 before the really cold weather set in, so this one will need work in the spring.
