Setup ARCA mount on my Gearbuggy spotting scope stand

Well, I finally decided to breakdown and setup my Gearbuggy spotting scope stand for an ARCA mount. Looks like it's going to make setup/breakdown much faster.

On my mastheads, I've noticed the nylon screws used for friction on the pole have started to split. Has anyone else sourced a replacement for those?

I put an ARCA plate and clamp on mine about 6 years ago, best thing I could have done.

Too bad Wayne Passed and the stand biz went belly up. I run his QD mount and love it.
