And ate the fee there as well
That's true, but does PP still protect you if you use PPFF with a CC?

It doesnt protect you buying gun parts no matter what you do, but the answer to your question is yes it doesnt matter if its a credit card, debit card or bank draft its the same except the time it takes to transactThat's true, but does PP still protect you if you use PPFF with a CC?
USPS money orders aren't the answer. They get cashed and to you still don't get your items. How's that better. Makes YOU feel better at first but once the fraudulent seller cashes the MO and DON'T send you the item, suddenly your not feeling so good. Oh, but at least you didn't get screwed going the Paypal route. There's no way to protect yourself from this stuff if someone really wants to screw you other than PayPal goods and services and paying the 3% for your money to be protected. Suddenly that 3% don't seem too bad once you've sent the money order and no product has been shipped to you. Who's protecting your money order and refunding the purchase of it ?OR, QUIT USING Pay Pal, how many of the problems listed above and in other threads would have been eliminated by putting down the dingle berry's and maxi pads, gotten up from your p/c desk and went to the PO and got a USPS M/O ??????

I have never paid a fee for f&f, never. So something is wrong here. I've used it several times (30-50?)Sorry Big Daddy but the sender pays the fee for “friends and family”. I’ve paid it a few times.
You used a credit card/debit card, to avoid this transfer money to pp and then use it, no fees or use your bank account, no fees.View attachment 1121789
Heres one from today. 3% fee on f&f. Ive never got out of it. He will get his exact $22

If you buy something from a guy who wants $100 for it he wants $100 not $97He apparently did not want the receiving party to absorb the fee so he ate it. I wish more buyers were so considerate.
If you look at my post and do it there are no fee for either party. He apparently did not want the receiving party to absorb the fee so he ate it. I wish more buyers were so considerate.

I did note that above. I use paypal a bunch- several times a day so ive been thereI just tried and I can't transfer funds from a CC to my PP account. Transfer from a bank account takes several days. The other person wanted the funds transferred to the seller immediately so he used a CC and ate the fee.
I've been with PP for over a decade +, and have over 3900 positive feedback (with about 50% reporting) so I've used it a couple of times LOLI did note that above. I use paypal a bunch- several times a day so i've been there
Ya pretty easy the add 3% to the asking price if you do get the charge because your not tied to an account number. I'm tied to a debit card account so no charge. Makes it nice...and easy. When I do goods and services, I just add 3% and send that total. If you buy something from a guy who wants $100 for it he wants $100 not $97
Im tied to debit cards, checking acct, credit cards everything.I

I'm pretty confident and feel safe with ONLY PayPal. My checking and debit account are both used with PayPal. I still don't keep alot of money in that checking account just as a safety measure till I do a transaction then I transfer what I need to send out. Haven't regretted it yet. Been doing it for years this way. Only time I got ripped off was when I sent F&F funds for an item and the seller was a thief and never sent me the item. The funds weren't protected and I lost 90.00. Today I only do Goods & Services if a member doesn't have lots of history or only has little feedback. F&F is my preference.Im tied to debit cards, checking acct, credit cards everything.
