Seek load 2500+ fps at 1k with light bullets

Yes.
For trajectory I used JBM Calc to calculate MV and given bullet's weight, its BC and required bullet velocity at 1K yard.
For MV given a bullet, I used GRTools to find Max Pressure, Barrel length and case capacity.

Tell us where you saw the 50 caliber load If this is the fact I may want to build a 50 very soon. Unless you are talking about SLAP rounds, It is my understanding you could not hit a barn with one of them, but they are fast.

Yeah, I saw some slap rounds that seemed to be able to do that. Of course you might have to stick a thumb in it if you get them second hand.

For 22 bullets with high BC. Here is a load needed to drive 90 VLD bullet at 4400 fps to arrive at 1K yards with 2500fps

Use a ballistic app. If you was running a 50 bullet at 4000 FPS out of a 22-250 at the muzzle at 1000 yards your gonna be somewhere around 800-900 FPS. Some loading manuals have drop charts as well

Yep, this is why it is almost impossible to achieve with current technology.
Maybe there would be a need for electric ignition and case-less cartridge with special barrel that can wistand 100K PSI in the first 10" or so of the barrel. A bullet material that does not melt with the high velocity and friction.

142 gr out of a 6.5/284 1758 fps @ 1000 yds.

Not even the 416 hellfire will get there. Closer at 2250 ish but still not enough

375 hellfire is said to push 350 mth cutting edge around 3500. That gets nearer 2395
400 mth around 3100-3200 but no g7 data for that

It is my understanding that slap rounds are so inaccurate as to be worthless.

My 338-408 cheytac gets close. It’s had 300 grain smk’s up to 3500. Assuming I could get 300 grain a tips to the same velocity, it would be quite close to that 2500 mark in ideal conditions.

I’d say the best you will do for something “not so heavy” would be a cheytac with a long barrel and settle for around 2300 fps.

Now that I thought about it, i’m curious what 50 bmg load would get you 2,500 at 1,000. Because even running a 750 amax at 3,000 fps isn’t even close……
