Hi Seb,
I have been trying to buy a spare set of bags for the Neo rest from Rob in Australia with no luck. When will you be supplying spare bags? It only takes a drop or a slip with a tool and a bag could be wrecked. Spare bags are needed, any idea on when they will be available?

I have several rests scheduled to be ship to Rob in a few days, will send some spare bags also.
I now have two models bag for the NEO... the standard adjustable 3 pcs bag and the new 1 pc fix bag (3" or 2 1/4" wide).
They are interchangeable, in one or two minutes.
The 1 pc bag is an optional, and good or probably better for a specific stock width (3" or 2 1/4"), especially if your sock forearm is "sharp" (has no "flat") on the sides. ---> will prevent "bite" on the corners between the side bags and the horizontal pillow bag.

Folks,
I can tell ya-all first hand that my new SEB NEO REST is the most convenient stable platform a prairie dog shooter will ever get the chance to experience. The extensive range of vertical travel makes it extremely easy to adjust from shooting at a down hill angle close in then being able to adjust to a different target of opportunity located on a elevated hillside out to 1000 yards and beyond. The large vertical adjustment wheels located on both side of the rack and pinion post move very smoothly. I never experienced the hand fatigue associated with all the other rest I've used in the past. I've tried most of them over the years Coyote Jack's Shooting Buddy rest worked but left my hand tired by the end of the day. My Sinclair is a good rest but lacks the necessary vertical adjustment, the Farley compact was the same and it wouldn't allow me to use a decent front bag. You'll notice in the pictures that I reversed the long leg positioning it to the rear by simply turning the rest around and using it backwards. I then removed the rear adjustment screw from the long leg and used the shorter screw which is provided with the rest. I feel that the taller adjustment screw when centered beneath the rifle's forearm interfered with my hand movement when using the joy stick. I also removed the front forearm stop assembly from the rest. By configuring the rest in this manner it allowed me to use a very short shooting table top with rifles that have different length forearms without repositioning the rest or the rear bag. My Coyote Jack Bench top is pretty short being just under 30" long. I did drill holes in the table top to set the adjustment screws tips into, this prevents the rest from moving at all and assured me that the rest stayed put. The Rem custom 700 in the Red/Tan Bernoski stock with a 31" bull barrel weighs over 19 lbs and this rest had no trouble supporting it in any position in the field. All that I need to do to return the rest to it's original intended position for competitive bench rest use is turn it around reposition the level and joy stick to face the shooter, put the front forearm stop back on and put the adjustment screw back in place in the long leg. That consist of removing and replacing A total of five allen head screws. Note: the joy stick will attach to either side of this rest. Folks prairie dog shooting was the reason I purchased my NEO, now that I've had a chance to use it in the field for four days I'm ever so glad I'd spent the bucks. Now that I've used a co-axle rest that has sufficient vertical adjustment which is needed for use in dog towns I'll never again shoot prairiedogs without it. I'm sure my Seb Neo will last me the rest of my years.

The NEO is well worth the wait. I had it sitting on my desk for a couple weeks just to look at it before I had a chance to take it out. First of all its beautiful and the crafstmanship is excellent. The design incorporates many great features that shows just how much thought was put into the product. The function does not disappoint either and works every bit as good as it looks. My Neo is silky smooth.

First match I shot it in I gained 10 pts or a little more over my adverage in a 3x20 match. I went from shooting 192's and 194's to 198 and199's. Hope I can keep that up!

I was lucky enough to find someone willing to sell their NEO, so I lucked out on the waiting time...I jsut wanted to state that this rest is a work of art, and I credit it for taking my shooting to the next level. For those waiting on one, it will be worth the wait!!
