I got my NEO about 3 weeks ago. I love it. Ernie in my experience is great to deal with. I've gotten two rests and some extra items from him and he has surpassed my expectations. Get your name on his list, when he know it is due in, he calls and asks if you still want it. When you call leave a message and he will return it as soon as he is back. Sometimes it is worth waiting for the best.
Posting a list on the web may not be everyone's idea of a good one. You may want your name on one, but others may not. If you call Ernie and ask your number he will gladly let you know along with a guess-a-ment of when it will be here. Mine was here sooner than I thought it would be.

Talked to Ernie on the phone and emailed him a couple of times. I tried to get him to take my money and he would not do it until (his words) "He had a unit coming in with my name on it". As far as I am concerned he is one stand up/honest guy.
If any of you have tried to buy a March scope, or have a custom rifle built you know you have to wait for high quality. Up to you to determine if it is worth the wait. For me, it IS worth the wait.

No one is saying Ernie is anything but a stand-up guy
and i have no issue waiting on high quality goods, lets face it custom rifle builds are not quick.
Asking for info in regards to order is not busting someones balls, posting list should be a quick simple task.
In fact posting list and updating online via forum would alleviate Ernie replying to constant requests for info...but thats just me working smarter not harder

I received my new Seb NEO rest a little over 2 months ago, I was #17 on the waiting list. All I can say is be paintent folks the rest is well worth the wait. Ya gota take your hat off to Sebastian it not often that you find a manufacture that is willing to wait until he's got all the kinks worked out on his product before he put it on the market. There's absolutely no doubt that he has the right person distrubuting his products here in the US, Mr. Ernie Bishop is a true gentleman and a pleasue to do business with.
For those who required my rest cost me right at 900.00 shipped. I also purchased Seb's excellent rear bag, if I'm remembering correctly the total was 1015.00 to the front door.

I sent 15 NEO rests to Ernie last week, in two shipments.
He has received 7 rests (sent by Fedex) and E emailed me that he would send them all before he leaves. I do not know what # you are in his waiting list but I do hope you can get one of them very soon. If you're in this 7 (I gues you are, because you say you have sent $ to him), Ernie should have sent yours yesterday.
On the other 8 rest (sent by TNT), I was told by the courier last Thursday that the airplane has been held in ....... (I forgot where now? but it's somewhere in Europe for a transit) due to a snow/storm problem overthere. I will check the status again tomorrow morning.

I should be able to send more rests in late January 2011.
Until today Ernie still has more than 75 people in his list (50+ for NEO, 25+ for SEB) that I must take care...
For the long delays, please apologise me!
My "team" & I in Indonesia have worked overtime & almost no holiday to speedy the work,we also have tried to do the best we can, anyway we are just human being here. We can't exceed our limit.

If it helps people who are on the list, I was number 33 to order a NEO in the USA and Ernie shipped mine on Friday December 17th. I spoke to Ernie yesterday and he said he was still waiting on the shipment that was delayed in transit due to bad weather in Europe, but will ship those right after the first of year.

Transit in Leige-Belgium Dec 11-14. Arrived JFK-USA Dec 15 , but still held in the customs until today.
Please note that customs release is out of my control, even for the courier. I've asked the courier to coordinate with customs and to make sure to send ASAP once the parcels are released. -- Anyway, since Ernie is off Dec 19-30, please expect delivery after new year.
