At a distance of 200Y is a scope level relative? Is it a matter of "if I think it's relative it is"?
Just wondering what the masses think.
Thanks!

Well said..Without a use that is great question with a million answers. Specify a use scenario then you will get some answers. The days of a 4x scope was all you need can still apply, however I do not subscribe to that logic.
Plumb reticle and a level target will show if you’re canted. I personally haven’t seen anyone in sr br using a level on their scope.Well said..
Shooting off a front rest, rear bag. 60x scope trying for tiny groups.
When I get out to shoot little black circles is what I prefer to aim at long range.Target boards not really level... I do however mostly shoot black 1/2" circles.
I would like to think the scope is level/plumb.
Amen to this. Huge pet peave of mine is when I get back to the bench, get all setup ready to shoot and notice that I hung my target parallel with the target board and the board was all slanted.Target boards not really level... I do however mostly shoot black 1/2" circles.
I would like to think the scope is level/plumb.
No it does not matter. If you do the same thing (cant) every time.....does it matter?
