Question on neck turning

I have my 60 pieces of 6MM Dasher brass newly fireformed using bullets. I was wanting to run them on my neck turner and take off another .0002 or so to make the necks exactly .0115. But cases are too loose on turner mandrel after one firing. Whats best way to do this? My loaded round is around .2665 in a .268 chamber.

You will need to run them through your full length die to properly size the necks all the way to the shoulder junction and open them up with your expander prior to turning again.

You want to turn off 2/10,000"... why?

With the softness of brass, and the coarseness of the surface of a neck, I doubt that you can measure the necks with a 1/10,000 accuracy, and it won't stay that way after one firing.

What TimP said. I'll add that a bushing die will not suffice. A bushing die will not get all the way down to the neck/shoulder. You'll need a regular FL die.

Catshooter, I had bought a neck turner already set up for .0115 neck thickness, and at last minute decided to use Brown box BR brass which we know is thicker, after 3 passes by hand turning the necks and also cutting false shoulder at same time they were miking at .0116-.0117 on my 300 dollar Mitutoyo neck thickness mike, loaded around .2665. I want to end up at .266 loaded as I feel .0015 neck clearance is a tad to tite. Just looking for a method to finish this brass off and get to shooting. Looks like TimP's method described in his post is exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks Charlie, that was my next question, I have a brand new 6 Dasher FL die from Neil Jones that will do the trick.
