Prayers for Nephew

Hello, Jedi family! We’ve gotten all the results from Jedi’s recent tests, and I wanted to share them with you. As far as lab work goes his white blood count is finally in the normal range…he is right at the bottom of normal, but that’s a win our book compared to where he was. Everything else is in range except for hemoglobin and hematocrit. We are praying those go up in time. His chimerism tests showed him at 61% donor cells (up from 45% three months ago). We are thankful for this jump and pray it continues to increase as well (they want to see this number as close to 100 as possible).
He was able to have his scans in LaCrosse this time, so that was a bonus. His PET scan and CT scans did not sure any evidence of cancer, so we praise God for that!
Jedi’s next check is in three months at his one year bone marrow transplant anniversary! He will have a lot more testing then at both Madison and LaCrosse. Until then we pray for continued healing and also safety for Jedi as he starts back to in-person school tomorrow. He is so excited to be back with his friends and teachers!
On the Patrick front, he is still in sinus rhythm and will have an echo in the next few weeks to determine where his heart function is at. Thank you all for your continued prayers for him as well!
BeforeI sign off, I wanted to share this song with you. There have been a lot of thunderstorms here recently and they have made me reflect on the “storms” of our lives. One line in particular sticks out in my mind: “for the winds that seem against me push me right into Your arms”! I pray always that the trials we face in this life will bring us closer to Jesus!
Blessings on your fall and thank you all so much for supporting our family!
With love,
Dianna

Hi all
My 10 year old nephew just got diagnosed with Stage 4 Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Adult T Cell which is extremely rare. He has just started his Chemo therapy and will have to spend 4 months in Madison WI while they do bone marrow transplant and more treatments.
I was wondering what Uncle Mike could do that would really make his day. If any of you who have watched the True story move Breakthrough, and you would just like to say a prayer. Or Send Jedi a card which is what I am thinking would really make his day. My objective is to not offend anyone out there but to get Jedi through this hardship.
Jedidiah has 5 brothers and they all stepped up to get tested for bone marrow transplants.
If you are a member of Caringbridge and would just like to read about Jedi or see his picture, search JEDI SCHALLER
If anyone would like to send a card
