Oh so you do shoot in those places where you have to wade through the brass

I did, back a few years. The range brass buckets were full and it was laying all over the ground. My friends thought I was a nut case when I picked it all up and put it in my car. When the great shortage hit, it all dried up. It started to show up again in smaller quantities, but nothing like it was.:(

I didn't say you said I was cantankerous...but i do know that on occasion you have made fun of my Luddite ways. ;)

BTW, i have mud tub full of that range pickup stuff and sold about 8 of those over the years. Of course I kept the crappiest one for myself, full of mud and squashed brass.:rolleyes:

Just boxed up the zombiemax for a guy in OHio.

This is fun

Yeah, those days are pretty much gone. I remember when people thought I was some kind of demented old fart for picking up brass. Then the Greatest Gun Salesman Of All Time arrived and it was "now I know what that SOB was doing". Been through enough of these cycles to know to buy low and sell high. Subsequently, there got to be some serious competition and it was every man for himself. It's not as bad now but still not like the old days and scrap prices are off thirty percent from the peak.

Heard from the company insurance today. They've divided it up into two different categories - The vehicle (which the guy I was talking with thinks they'll total it just by the photos) and the structure damage.
Now if I can just get them out here to adjust for the damages. I may call the guys at Service Master when I know the adjuster is coming. See if he can talk with him on what he saw the other day.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Ok folks,Terry m just hooked me up on a magnetospeed.
So I'm offering my old master chrony to a shooter that does not have a chronograph.
It works great " most times" I have put white
Duct tape on upper screens to keep them from comming apart while shooting. Help with shipping is all I ask
