Panda barrel torque

I use 50ish ft lbs on my little cartridges unless the barrel is very heavy.
On 3006 sized cartridges or short mags or heavier barrels 80ish.
On bigger magnums like 338 lapua I use 100ish or more.

If thread size and pitch is the same why different torque?

You answered it far better than I could, I’m just following guidelines my mentor gave to me that have proven useful over the years.
