receiver torque ?

I cannot remember how many inch pounds I torqued my T3x. How can I find out how much the torque is? Is there a method I can use my torque wrench to find out what the torque is set at now?

The only thing you can do once it's on there, is to see how much torque it takes to crack it loose. Even that would be a rough estimate. What's the actual issue? Why do you need to know where it's at?

^ Don't do this.

I want to remove the action to work on the trigger and be able to reinstall the action with the same torque because it shoots good with the torque where it is.

You can go to the Tikka website and download the manual. This is the section you want:

T3x TACT A1
Remove the barreled receiver from the lower receiver as follows (fig. 20):
1. Remove the fore-end as instructed previously.
2. Remove the attachment screws (A) and (B) and then remove fore-end fastener (C) out of the upper receiver.
3. Remove the two receiver fastening screws (D) using a 5 mm Allen key.
4. Carefully pull the barreled receiver upwards out of the lower receiver.
Installation is carried out in reverse order. In order to ensure correct operation, assemble the lower receiver before
attaching the fore-end fastener. Ensure the barreled receiver will be centered in relation to the stock. Tighten the
receiver screws to a torque of 7 Nm (62 in-lb). Make sure to put metallic recoil block in place into the lower receiver
and pull barreled receiver backwards before tightening the receiver screws in order to remove the slack from the
recoil lug.
