Always the easy answer. When criminals move into your neighborhood do you give up your home and all you've worked for so they can win? Getting pretty tired of hearing this.

No giving up if you are doing something to correct the issue. If you are just standing by to wait for a change, you are only enabling increasing the eventual loss.
Sometimes, when the cards are not in your favor, it is better to get up from the table and walk away.

I pointed out that the Trooper NITS check on ammo sales was the worst part of the NYS SAFE Act. Buy ammo for a 45 auto and you don't have one registered.... get ready for a 3AM visit.

Ok don't know if this has been said but I've had a CC for over fifty years doesn't that count for anything, I can't even go to a gun shop and by a long gun with it! But Cuomo gave drivers license's to all the illegal's when he was in office. So tell me what can they buy with a clean drivers license?
I mentioned that to the Sheriffs and Troopers at a meeting you should have seen there faces!

There was nothing. The State PD really doesn't know anything about this.....

Not sure where you purchased ammo without leaving your info and the ammo info, if it was a mom and pop store they will get caught.

I gather you didn't pay the extra 5% tax either?

The local Runnings store has a lock box for your ammo after you leave your info an employee takes the lock box to the front register so you can pay for it.

Americans desperately need to have an "ism" class. Who invented the "ism" (s)? Which "ism" (s) are in control? Which "isms" fought against those "isms" and tried to stop them?

The goal of this horseshit program is not to make NY "safer", nor is it to discourage shooters from buying ammo (or paying additional fees / taxes a.k.a. legalized theft). It is designed to make the sale of ammo so tedious and arduous that ANYONE selling ammo will simply throw up their hands and take ammo off rhe shelves. When no one will ship ammo, and no one wants to sell it, they will have achieved their goal of disarmament and 2nd ammendment abolishment.
