NEW doppler chronograph coming to market!

At that price you might as well wait for Caldwell to get a compact unit.

For $912 shipped I would expect a guarantee to shrink my groups sizes in half. If it can’t do that then it’s no different than any other chronograph other than physical size. I can think of a hundred better ways to spend $912 on shooting products that would be more beneficial.

It would provide the convenience of my Magnetospeed while not affecting barrel harmonics. That convenience would be the only benefit in my opinion. It would just be a nice toy the same as most high dollar reloading equipment.

Not sure how many units were in the first production run but by the time I woke up and saw the email, they were gone...

A friend of mine uses one of those with excellent results. I shoot a lot of different rifles with different style stocks so for me though it is just easier and more cost effective to use my ProChrono optical for load development and just use the Magnetospeed for spot check of the velocity when changing my yardage

BTW received the email at 3PM, went to the site dropped one in the cart, stared at it for 5 min before deciding against the purchase then came here to let you guys have a chance for one. There are supposed to be a couple of more small batches released then a larger one so keep checking and sign up for the email alert

Does anyone besides Fclass John have an Andiscan micro A2?
Hard to find any info or reviews other than John’s. I know a few were released into the wild but it has been quiet….

I am taking my V2 out to the range tomorrow for testing on a 22lr. Will report back when I have gotten it going
worked very well with the 22. Picked up all shots and also those of the next shooter, but automatically detected those and filtered them out. did not have the offset 100% since I had to use a stand (no arcarail adapter)
and height was wrong. Got slightly lower speeds than the magnetosp. After some tweaking it seemed to register correct speeds, but this will be easie. Once I can mount it on the rifle as intended. Very good first impression.

I have requested a few things
1. Arca attachment
2. Preset recall for quick change between different rifles, say 22lr and 308 with differeåing placements.
3. Having the menu of the unit reflected in the remote wifi browser

Loving the unit so far. More to come

Not really looking to spend €200 to have something shipped overseas for a european product. Hence the request to include arca to the collection of adapters that already come with the unit or as a reasonably priced optional extra.

Just showing it as a suggestion cause I am confident you will find an equivalent nearby since the two types of mounts have been around a long time. Between firearms and photography, Picatinny and Arca mounting standards are popular.

The radar manufacturer is likely to offer one for sale sooner or later, but till then I am guessing you can find one that is inexpensive nearby.

Jan at AndiScan is extremely responsive. Pretty confident that this product will keep getting better and better with time.

Any thoughts on how well it preforms on a mini tripod on the bench? Does it have aim issues like those reported with Labradar? Really hoping to get one when next batch drops due to the size etc but I load a lot of handgun and carbine ammo that I’d like to build data up for as well as the precision loads

This is the only way I run mine and it's fantastic. I have a little pop up tripod and use his adapter and just position the unit about an inch from the barrel.
