Just got, my First Group, in the 2's with My,.. 6 XC Criterion Bbl'd, Rifle,.. YIPPEE !
Sierra MK 107's, Lightly touching Lands with, a near Max charge of, StaBall 65 Powder !
3-4 MPH winds, from behind, 23 Degrees, COLD but, sunny, .. ONE Hole ( .462 Outside / outside - .224 = .238 dia ) with, NO Paper, in hole !
I think I've found My, 500- 800 Yard, "Steel" play, Load !

Why the minus .224?

My Groups SHRUNK about, a 1/4 MOA from, using New, Norma Brass to, Once Fired ( Fire Formed ) Brass, shot in my Rifle and setting them "Back" with, approx. .001 / .002 of, Shoulder "Bump" in my Forster Dies.
I also tried, 2 Different, Bullet, "Jump's" at, .035 "off" and at, .010 " off", the Lands. The shorter Jump seemed BEST, in My Criterion Barrel with, the .104 Freebore and the 107 gr. MK's.
Of course, I'm just getting started ( tho, a VERY promising Load, so far ) I will need to, Test further at, 200 and 300 Yards to see if this, IS, "the Load" !
I'm using, Winchesters StaBall Powder, "Thrown" charges, in VERY Cold weather, F-210 Match Primers.
I started at about, 3 grains of Powder LESS than, the 6 Creedmoor ( Hogdon Data for, 107- 108's ) and worked, upwards. Seems to Me that, Bullet seating dimensions and Careful case sizing, ARE, the "Keys" to, accuracy,
THAT and, a crisp, light, 1 Pound Trigger pull, from, My Jewell Trigger, Help's,.. THANKS,.. Larry S. !

That's, a Sweet Pair to, Draw to !
Mine looks like, the Bottom One, only,.. Blonde and Braked.
Don't let the Cold weather, hold ya back, as long as, the Winds,.. NOT Howling !
I'm dying to get back Out to, Re-Test my 107 MK load, but the weather's gonna be, mostly "Bad" here, too !
PS; You do, GOOD,.. Work !

Got out in this 36 degree weather with about a 12-15 mph wind and decided to give the second barrel a sight in. 3 shots at 100 yards, tuned with the EC tuner.

Tested the Barnes 112. No load workup. Just put 38.6 and 39.6 and 20 jump, brand new brass right out of the bag.

Horrible switching winds. These things shoot in the bad conditions. Wow.

Schoolbus Elisio with my Wilson 1-8. Rem 700.
