You can get it on Amazon, I think it's like 40 bucks. It's petroleum based though so you'll need to clean the cases before loading. I stay away from petroleum based lubes because it will contaminate the powder if not removed.
That's why I like graphite or neolube for neck lubricant...I just leave it on and it makes smooth bullet seating. Will also help prevent bullet/case "welding" if ammo is stored for long periods.
