Neolube#2

Have any of you used Neolube #2 yo lube inside of necks prior to sizing/ seating bullets?
Sizing and seating are two entirely different operations. I always lube the outside of the case with a very small amount of lube on the inside of the neck.
When seating a bullet no lube at all. One or two passes on the necks inside with a dry nylon brush prior to bullet seating.
Then again I use an RCBS pad and their lube.
Just stating what I do and what works for me. Nothing else.

Yes, every time, after all other case prep is done. I have not tried the recommended Curing Cycle found on the TDS, but have been curious to do so. Though I did use the lube prior to annealing a couple of times (the carbon will not burn off at 800F annealing temps), but found myself reapplying before bullet seating.
I started with cotton Q-tips and found they frayed quickly and switched to small diameter foam applicators.

Would you please clarify the sentence:

"I always lube the outside of the case with a very small amount of lube on the inside of the neck."

Sorry, should have re-read what I wrote.
I always lube the outside of the case. Then a very small amount of lube on the inside. Using an RCBS pad I roll the case on the pad THEN picking up the case I lightly ‘scoop’ a bit of lube into the neck. The amount of lube inside the neck is minimal.
Probably only do the ‘scoop’ inside the neck on about every 4th case. It keeps the expander lightly lubed.
I started in about 1963 with the RCBS pad and their lube. I have no experience with any other lube and have changed the pad maybe 3 times. Over 60+ years it got chewed up and dirty. It’s what I do and have no reason to try anything else.
Hope this clears up my poor description.

After I anneal, I use a bronze bore brush to clean inside the neck, then dip the neck in Imperial Dry Neck Lube, then tap the case mouth on a board and run a RCBS CASE NECK BRUSH #09328 size medium inside the neck, then roll the case on the edge of my RCBS Pad and size. I tried sizing after annealing without cleaning and lubing the inside of the neck, and there is a big difference.
