I use mandrels a lot now days, makes it easy to try different neck tension which definitely has an effect on groups. Some rifle more than others. I use to be in the .002 crowd but I’ve learned some rifles like more. It’s easy to test different neck tension, it’s a like a lot of things, actually doing some testing with your ammo and your rifles will tell you what you want to know.
