Neck tension - K&M Force Pack

Original question - so which is the bigger factor in these PSI numbers, the neck tension or the lube and how you apply it?

A- the lube was the biggest factor, I leave the carbon in the necks lightly brushed as lube for seating bullets with plenty of bullet hold.
If you leave the carbon in the necks, how do you clean your brass? I don’t care about shiny brass, but more specifically, the primer pockets.

I spin them and use steel wool. I clean the outside of the neck before annealing then after annealing and sitting overnight I clean the entire case the same way.

I wipe down the outside with a shop towel, brush the necks out then use a 21st century pocket uniformer set to just lightly clean carbon from the bottom of the primer pocket.
