My 6BR in 300yd F-class. Which bullet?

I have a newer 26” Shilen 6BR no turn neck barrel with a 1:7.5 twist that I’m using for strictly 300yd F-class. I’ve been using 107 SMKs and getting decent accuracy, but thinking maybe lighter would be better at this closer range? Your thoughts please?
Right now I’m using Rem71/2 primers, Lapua brass, 29.5 Varget, 15k off the lands. Thanks!

300 yard F-Class is less wind influenced than longer ranges and very much influenced by precision. We shoot a match every month at 300 where I usually use my Stiller Viper SS 6BR. Berger 105 VLD or Hybrid provide about equal precision. You can also use custom bullets like Bart's excellent 105 Hammer. Unless you have addressed all the factors affecting precision in your rifle and handloading, the best bullet made may not help much.

@fatelvis I am currently doing the same exercise. I have two 6BR rifles- 7.75 and 8 twist.
My standard bullets are 105 and 109 Hybrids.
I am running 29.8-30.1 N140
15-20 thau off the lands
My groups from last week were 49mm and 50mm- 10-shot groups with 109 Hybrids.
I didn't do a massive load development, ladder test etc. in order to shrink that.
I use lapua brass sorted by weight, unsorted bullets, unsorted BR4 primers.

Berg 105vld, 105 ScenarL, Barts Hammers. There's alot of different suggestions here regarding seating depth. I suggest, use these as a reference but you should seriously do a ladder test for seat depth to determine what YOUR barrel likes. EXAMPLE: I run 105vld at 5 off, .122" 4 shot group. Touching sucked, 10 and 15 off sucked and then 20 off came right back in again at .124" same 4 shots. Even better than jammed. You can imagine which one I use. "Its what my barrel likes".

For 300, I sure like the 90 BT and it’ll shoot very well from that twist. Very forgiving on depth in my gun- once I jumped them more than .010 they made little dots for me.

The 105 VLDH is a killer too and almost always available. Your throat isn’t going to move enough in a BR to worry about retuning more than on occasion.

Hi just shot a 300 F-class last weekend in tough mirage results with 108 Berger bt with H4350 with 26” barrel results below works very good 2 sighters 18 for score second pic was a practice day at 300 yards
