Touch can be a sensitive area to load around. I would put the bullet in or out of the lands and work up from there at 500yards. The distance magnifies the results

Here’s a real time update at 500 yards. 3 cold bore sighters on the bottom then the next 7 after adjusting. I’m struggling with getting the rifle to track straight. Keeps wanting to kick to the left, which I’m sure is adding to the horizontal. Vertical looks good

Final target of the day. I like to finish off my load testing by putting 20 rounds into the target like I would in an F Class match to verify my POI, plus it’s good practice and I need it. The 10 ring on these 8” shoot-n-see targets is 2.5”, so close to what the X ring would be at 500 yards

Dang flyer on the right was my fault, but it would still have scored a 200 19x.

To recap the load: 108 Berger BT Target, 30.5g H4895, 205M primer, +0.005 in the lands.

I’m calling it good. Probably won’t pursue the 107 SMKs at this time
