I would like to say something about Bucksnort that hasn't been mentioned. The range it's self. Don't let anybody kid you, this isn't a trigger pulling contest. I lost 9 points the second match Sunday before you could say 10 on. It was one of those - stop- sit up- look around- catch your breath - think about packing up and going home moments. It's a beautiful range, so well taken care of I'd call it manicured. They mowed the firing line after we shot Saturday! It, the line, sure looked good Sunday morning and seemed like the very appropriate place for Pat Rodgers to remind of some very good words of wisdom. Thanks Pat.
The town of Marshall is a very clean, has a bunch of really nice folks, and is easy to get around in. I ate at The Brick BBQ one night, it was very good, and as Greg Barkley so eloquently stated, "Some Mom and Pop place across from Walmart. I wasn't until a little later that Skip told me to never let Greg navigate. We finally found the place and there were several Shooters present soaking up the AC. After a great meal, Skip suggested we should visit the "Jim the Wonder Dog" garden downtown. I didn't know he was such Museum hound. If you don't know about Jim, it's worth the trip.
Ryan, please sign me up for next year.
