Actually, March sells lightweight titanium rings in Majesta colour. Seems odd that Deon did not provide sunshade in same colour, with scope, sunshade, rings and leather lens caps, makes for a pleasing arrangement, more cool …..My understanding is that the body of the scope is the only item that was meant to be the titanium gray color, and all the doodads and add-ons are black. This two-tone look is very distinctive. The sunshade is an add-on. I always have a sunshade on my riflescopes, mainly for protection of the very expensive and critical objective element. I actually like the black sunshade in front of the grey body; it has a certain cachet, a certain je ne sais quoi, so to speak. In other words, it looks cool.
March lightweight titanium rings in Majesta colour. Good looking.I guess I need to get busy and order some rings.
I sent an email to Gary Costello (Marchscopes UK) to inquire if they would offer the sunshade in Majesta colour. Haven’t heard back, but hope so. Deon is surveying customers input as to the new colour for the sunshade. If either don’t, I will have a local shop match the colour and do my current black sunshade. Will probably cost less. Also, inquired about the ocular leather cap for the Majesta. The March titanium rings to which you refer are actually a product of Marchscopes UK. They are excellent rings and for those who are colo(u)r conscious, a good alternative. I opted for the Burris XTR Signature rings with the inserts, which I had used to get my riflescope within a few MOAs of optical center at 1000 yards. At these prices, I want the very best IQ possible at 1000 yards.
You can get the titanium rings here.

MARCH Scopes Superlight Titanium Rings - MARCH Scopes
These are a new and very clever design in which the full diameter of the scope body has contact with the titanium ring, when mounted correctly (see below) this will not mark or stress your scope in any way. The rings have been precisely CNC manufactured with Aircraft grade Titanium. We...www.marchscopes.co.uk
The scope prolly cost more than the gun. Dump the gun and build one that matches the scopeEpoxy is drying in the rings. I'll take it apart tomorrow evening and clean everything up and set up eye relief, plumb & final level...doesn't "match" the gun though.
dump a Kelbly action, makes senseThe scope prolly cost more than the gun. Dump the gun and build one that matches the scope![]()
