Anyone used one or heard what the image quality is like? Grafs has them for $217. To me that sounds cheap for a quality borescope...
will be waiting .Ledd Slinger said:Are they available yet? I heard not available til June. I would be willing to be the guinea pig and try it out for you folks with a full review. If I don't like it, I can always return it.
I use my gunsmith's Hawkeye regularly and have tried other cheap and disappointing borescope cams in the past so I have a very good idea of what a quality bore image should be. Accurate Innovations sells a bore scope cam for about $300, but don't waste your money, image is junk. I tried it and I couldn't even see copper fouling. Seeing rifling wear wasn't even an option. Returned it for a full refund the same day it arrived in the mail after trying it out. I expect that with Lyman being a big name company, they will put out a good bore scope so as not to risk their reputation. Anyhow, off I go to buy one if they're available. I'll let you all know how it turns out.

I've been on the notify list at half a dozen places for I guess 6 months. I had done forgot about it. But then, I've already forgotten what I did yesterday also.wolley said:Well it's June 8th? ??????
