Way to go Lyman !

Two weeks ago I was using my Lyman Borescope. When I unplugged the camera from the display the connector inside the display detached and stuck to the camera probe. The Borescope is just over a year old.

I called Lyman, and explained the problem. They said they would send me a new one. By that I thought I was going to get a new display. They replaced the entire Borescope, no charge.

I am happy to add Lyman to the growing list of firearm related companies that are taking care of their customers.

I had to use their CS and they were great. RCBS and Redding has been great also with my experiences.

Honestly, poor customer service in the reloading and shooting accessory industry is a rare exception. We are a luck bunch.
