Loading 6 dasher hydroformed brass?

I’ve got some hydroformed bras I bought and am wanting to fireform them to my chamber. They are a snug fit on the shoulder now.Last 1/4 If bolt close is snug.Wondering if I should set shoulders back or leave.Looking for best results .All advice appreciated

DJ's brass service hydroformed mine. Some were snug, so I set the shoulders back a couple of thousandths. Fired them first time last September in my first 600 yard F-Open match. They did well, 594/600. The 9s were the result of my poor wind reading skills, not the brass.

Did you jam the bullets or jump after setting shoulders back?Or doesn’t it make a difference with hydroformed brass? Thanks

Thanks.Any other tips or tricks?First time using hydroformed brass.planning on 29.5 grains varget with 105 hybrids

For my Dasher, 205Ms, 32.0 grains of RL-15, with 108 grain BTs just off the lands. I thought this was a mild load, but man did it shoot. Been shooting F-TR for years and this was like shooting a laser beam.

It was 32 grains of RL-15 to begin with. After the initial firing it looks even more promising. I also turned the necks and the load held a very good waterline the entire match. Needless to say, I was impressed. I didn't think "fireforming" would produce such good results.

I loaded some VLDs with mine jammed .010 It shot lights out!
Next time I need Dasher brass, I'll definitely get DJs again

Did you lose any pieces after the first firing for splits? Just curious as I have just under 500 pieces to fire that I got back from DJ.

I'd already found a load as I had FF 100 rounds, i then hydro formed another 100 and yes you need to FL size them before you shoot them to push the shoulder back as hydro forming pushed it forward, but a snug fit is good.
I then used my full load I found of 32.4gr of varget in my freshly hydro formed cases and found no difference in accuracy between them and my fire formed loads

I hydroform, then full length size them. Never had any problems, I shot several matches with just hydroform brass and wouldn’t even have known it from the results.
