Line conditioner for fx120 v3

How many of you use a line conditioner for the fx120?
If so which one should I get?

I bought this one from Amazon: Tripp Lite LC1200 Line Conditioner 1200W AVR Surge 120V 10A 60Hz 4

It works good. Once I got this and the anti-static mat the drifting settled down.

Tripp Lite for the past 3 years, no problems. Used it on my EJ 123 now being used on the FX 120i.

I actually called CE Products and asked them which line conditioner they would suggest, they said none.

I use a Tripp-Lite filtered/surge protected power strip and find it to be sufficient; I've never seen evidence that voltage fluctuations are a problem.

Disconnected my A&D a few weeks ago when re-arranging my bench, it had been working flawlessly for more than 6 years without any additional protection. I re-connected a few minutes later to a different location on the bench.....nothing, screen stayed black. Went in for repair/replacement and the advice was that a power surge was the most likely cause. Fortunately repairable. I bought a single socket surge protector just for the scale, I learned you need something with high joules capability, found one rated 1600J and with 6000V spike protection. Having gone through this I would recommend some level of protection.

I'm using a Tripplite UPS. The UPS is only used for the scale and a digital clock. I never really checked for or verified any problems, I already had the UPS and just put the scale on it as a preventative measure.

I actually called CE Products and asked them which line conditioner they would suggest, they said none.

It is my understanding that this type of scale isn't affected by poor power quality or line noise so filtering wouldn't be necessary, but a surge protector wouldn't be a bad idea.
