Selling for a friend. I have the ability to acquire two different lots of Lapua X-act. 34 boxes 164 44 5 809 5 29 boxes 405 44 5 834 1. He lives out of state, and I am going out of town tonight. I’ll be driving by close to where he lives. Before I make a 45min detour and pick it up, I wanted to see if there was any interest in this stuff. $28 per box + actual shipping.
I know this is an odd post, being without said items for sale. I would in no way expect any transaction to happen until I return and can post pictures of the entire lots. I’ll be returning on Tuesday or Wednesday. I will honor the first “I’ll take it” as usual.
I wanted to get this post up, to try to help this guy out, and also possibly help one of y’all. He’s pushing 80 and he’s fading fast. He also mentioned that he had quite a bit of Eley Tenex and RWS R50. Although I don’t know if he’s ready to let that stuff go yet or not. He was a big time competitor and has some very nice equipment. I don’t think he’s come to the realization that his shooting days are probably over. So he slowly trickling his stuff out there. I’m gonna be much the same when I get to his age.
