I sold an order for $410.00. I learned from my
bank statement today the scumbag has run a charge
back for the amount in late April. Now I am out
$800.00 and there is not a single co within the
internet financial circle thats going to assume

I cannot help but think these actions are a spinoff from several generations being taught that they are entitled to whatever they want without working for it.

Perhaps a very simplistic viewpoint on my part since I have to keep things at a level I can understand.

In the end people like Larry who work to build a business end up taking it on the chin and far too many times they have no recourse to recoup their losses.

There is no help w/in the internet/Credit card co or processors.
The postal inspectors offer no help. The local police where the drop was made wont lift a finger. There are background companies that make a little every time I make a sale, but when it comes to the loss they don't share in that. LDS

No consolation Larry but ebay is fraught with these characters. Sell something, they file a bogus complaint with ebay they didn't get what they paid for and the seller gets stuck with the either the price paid for the product if it's not worth returning or cost of returning it. Anymore I just give away stuff rather than deal with the few bucks I get selling it.
