Is this pressure or something else? LC Brass .308

I see.

Have you fired this rifle much in the past?
No, I would bet the rifle has less than 700 rounds through it. I have recently started shooting it more as I am just getting into some PRS stuff. The barrel is not a great set up at 1:14” and 18” long. Sounds like the chamber was cut very small. And, the LC brass, although the LR match version, would all appear to be a bad combo. I guess I could get the chamber re-reamed, but then, I think a new barrel would be in order.

I get that thinking. At the same time, I'm a bit OCD and would want to know just what the hell is causing the issue.
I'd be livid if I replaced the barrel and had the same issue.
So let's forget the measurements for a bit. Runs against my grain but there's a reason why this is happening that data isn't showing.
Try the same load with different brass. If it goes away, then at least that's something.

Here is another question, if my .200 datum line indicates my chamber is tight. Hence the .466 measurements. Could that also be why I am seeing pressure issues at a relatively low charge?

Yes, that's possible.
Still doesn't explain why you have 'clickers' with .462 brass. While larger brass is fine.

Buy some new brass. FLS it and load a few rounds. See if you still have 'clickers'.
If you do, I'd bet it's your action.
Avoid Hornady brass. Many reports of issues with that brand.
And you'll need new brass eventually, anyway.

The only way to know for sure is to make and measure a chamber cast. But again, you say you have 'clickers' when the dimensions are smaller than brass that is fine. That makes no sense.
They were only clickers after they were fired. I resized them and they ejected fine. I am wondering if the chamber is too tight and not allowing proper expansion, thus creating the clicker. But, the “clickers” had a smaller .200 measurement then the non clickers after firing. So I am wondering if they “bulge” casting the clicker is somewhere else.

Damn, I have about a thousand pieces of once fire LC brass also. Oh well.

They won't 'stick' to the chamber. If smaller diameter brass creates 'clickers', then something else is causing it.
I'm recommending new brass because that's relatively cheap and if the same issue remains then at least you know something new.
Still suspect it's action timing, but I'd want to try the simple things first.

You can always use that somewhere else. Just buy 50 pieces of new brass. Not a big cost if that doesn't work out.
Just occurred to me. 1K pieces? Sorted by headstamp dates or all thrown together?
Like everything else, it's made in batches. Might have been fired in various firearms unless you know the source. No telling what you've got there.

Just orders some Lapua brass. We shall see. Like you said, easy fix.

That’s what happened too me. Stuck case was caused by a “bulge “ in the top of the body, not the base. Small base sizing die fixed it.

“Small base” implies only the base is smaller, but a small base die sizes the body smaller as well I think. At least mine does.

I always found the LC brass to be a little hit or miss. Anything out of a machine gun is too much effort. The lc match brass seems to perform better. Sort, anneal, turn the necks and you can get there. Likely not worth the effort, but you will learn something along the way. Might be to take the easy road and buy good brass.
