Is TargetCam defunct?

Has anyone talked to Keith Averill at TargetCam lately? I've been trying to get my money back for a unit I purchased last August that was never delivered. Keith isn't returning phone calls anymore and I suspect he might have gone under (along with my money.) Just wondering if anyone has heard from him lately.

You might be out of luck. He has an F rating with the BBB, and the BBB file was opened on 06/09/2015. 10 complaints have been filed against the business, and he has failed to respond to 6 complaints. There is a business owner on Sniper's Hide who is in the same boat you are in. He ordered his units in 2014, and has not had his phone calls returned, nor his money refunded. Perhaps he pocketed enough money to retire

I'm sorry to hear that ! If you are still in need , I posted a list of parts available at Amazon , that are exactly what he used . Today was the first time I checked him out . My posts were in sept of 2015 . I still have a list , somewhere , and the parts cost about $200 , simple plug and play , no computer or iPhone needed .
Ps I had nothing to do with the company .

my suggestion if you have not already done so is file a complaint with the Credit card company to refund you your money and they can go after him.

I just noticed they only have the most powerful 3 watt transmitter receiver set available . I used both a 1 watt and a 2 watt .
I would not use the other 1.2 ghz or any other ghz , I have. Experience with other than the 2.4 ghz

Buddy bought a unit about 1.5 year ago. Broke and sent back with all parts. Several phone calls later and several months returned a new unit minus the extra camera lens sent back with. Never heard back from him again. Sorry but he is unreliable.

Ok, his business filing says he is the only employee. Sole owner/operator/employee. He has 11 complaints at the Better Business Bureau. ALL of them are/were for product delivery issues. In his defense he might just be too successful. Or not.

Just talked to him. States business was so slow he had to go back to work full time. Skirted answering when able to provide products.
