I called my Mobil distributer, I buy over 4000 gallons of products on a monthly basis. He informed me the refined products I use are going to be fine, that includes my Mobil 766 cutting oil. I still have my doubts, I issued a PO for some extra just in case.

If your in the mountains, the problem will be finding a reliable builder. Someone who does good work, shows up , and completes when you need it. Oh, an also a good source of building materials.

In those areas, there is skilled reputable labor, the trick is finding it!

Just like gunsmiths, if their good, their busy!

Dave, The President of our bank recommended our last one. All kinds of problems and took a lawsuit to finally fix things up. Seems the builder owed the bank from two other houses and they let him draw on ours to keep the bank happy on the other loans. Yes, We do use another bank!

If he does excellent work and is honest, it will be well worth the wait. Contractors like that are like finding hens teeth. They are always busy.
