I love it!

About 30 years ago there was a fellow by the name of Frank Marshall that shot oughtta the Fairfax R&G Club in Fairfax VA .

This gentleman shot alot of CBA bench matches and he used a Pre 64 Winchester Model 70 bull gun in 30-06 . Seems to me if my memory holds every match he shot one year at 100 and 200 yards was 195-5x or better . And if I'm not mistaken he used a plain old factory Lyman 311284 mold . He season aggregate at 100 yards for 6 matches was 595-21x outta 600 .

Well done! Let's see a pic of the rifle.

Ain't much to look at I'm fearful....nothing fancy but it do fair. This is my old NRA Match Rifle I used for a short time shooting across the course. It's been in retirement for a while but I took it out of the safe a while back...dropped the action down into and old stock I found, pillar bedded it and mounted it with my 5.5x22x56MM NF. It appears to love the Berger 190 VLD Target slugs kicked along by the 53.6 gr. of H4350 and Russian primers. Recently I've shot some Hornady 195 gr. BTHP and it likes those bullets also! This barreled action will eventually be dropped down into a McMillan prone stock!

Very nice! Any idea what your drop/drift table looks like? Not trying to pry but have always been considering a 30-06 in the back of my mind.

My Oehler hasn't been hooked up since repair but figuring a 2670 MV using the Hornady 195 gr. HPBT Match and with a solid zero at 100 yards it takes 33.75 MOA to be shooting center at 1000. Drift from 10 mph direct CW figure 7.5" per mph! ;D

I just copied picture of your stand to send to my buddy who has the welder, the top looks like all angle iron? what is the covering made of.

After redoing my deck out of my Patio door I would say he used Plastic or PVC decking boards from Lowes or home depot... Looks like the same Gray color I used onmy deck?
