I’m guessing this is a usgi type trigger and not some slicked up single stage “ match trigger” so I’ll diagnose it like that
First, disassemble and clean your bcg and make sure it is assembled correctly. A frozen firing pin will slam fire and keep doing it until you let off and the hammer locks up the bolt. You should not have a firing pin spring
Next take the trigger assembly out and clean and check for burrs. It’s not uncommon for a piece of metal from a popped primer to lodge itself in the works and cause all kinds of issues which seemingly fo away because the piece randomly moves.
last re assemble the trigger without the gun and make sure the disconnect moves freely. Also make sure the spring is in properly ie large side down inside the trigger
