I have Windows 10 and I want to save it to my HP desktop computer..What operating system and on what do you want to save it? Laptop, phone, etc.?
Dave,Also need to know what you want to save.
Are you happy with just the text or would you like pictures, etc. also?
When I do this I get all of the messages in the topic and they are presented on the print screen. This does not work for me.Highlight the text. Hit Ctrl P keys and save it to Windows 10 One Note. You can then access it from anywhere.
Files/photos can be inserted from phone, camera or online.

There is more than one way to do this and which you prefer depends on how you intend on using them:
I simply like to seclect what I want and copy and paste to my Microsoft Word app and save the file either as a Word, Text or PDF file.
Function - Print Screen (Fn + Prt Scr) will give you a Pic file and then you can crop the pic to only show what you want. Zoom in to fill your computer screen with only what you want can help with the sizing of the pic
You can select what you want to capture then Right Click and select Print where you can save what you selected as a PDF file using Microsoft Print to PDF function or choose some other options (attached is an example is what you can get from this procedure).
I tried this function and it works great..... Thanks,There is more than one way to do this and which you prefer depends on how you intend on using them:
