hot rod 22 cartridge?

The 22/6mm AI from my house, that occasionally makes the trip into the PD fields, LOVES to sling 75 gr Amax at 3950. Zero is 400 yards - anything closer is just a waste of time....as there is nothing like watching an adult PD 25 feet UP and 25 feet rearward. WHOP!!!!
